No wind today. Cabarete is known for having good wind for 340 days of the year! So what do they do down here when it is not windy??
Create their own wind!
Or Go Horseback riding on the Beach...
Or Go Wakeboard with a kiteboard....
Or Lay out on the Beach...
Which is mostly what we did, while we waited for....
To bring out the kites. But the wind never came!
